- All requests for placement of staff
should indicate details in respect of the vacancies
i.e. age, requisite qualification and experience,
indicative salary and perks to be offered to the prospective
candidates and working hours /days per week.
- The placement charges include our professional
fees plus service tax. A copy of the appointment
letter should be sent to enable us to raise our bill
for the service charges.
- The payment must be made within 30
days from the date of joining of the candidate.
- In case the candidate provided by us
leaves the organisation on his /her own accord within
90 days from the date of his/her joining, we shall
provide free replacement provided the service charges
due to us have been paid in time. If company will
not make payment within 30 days then this replacement
terms is not apply.
- In case the candidate deputed by us
is not recruited after the interview but called for
the same or some other post in the same or an associate
company within six months of the interview, we shall
be entitled to our service charges as above plus
service tax. You shall not raise any dispute in such
a situation and shall make the payment strictly with
in 30 days of the joining of the candidate(s).
- For clients with large staffing requirements,
we can also undertake to advertise the vacancies in
the newspapers/business magazines on behalf of our
clients to source suitable candidates. We shall receive
and process the applications and shortlist the candidates
through a preliminary interview to reduce the client's
burden to enable them to concentrate on their core
business.
- All matters pertaining to selection
and recruitment will be kept in strict confidence.
